I managed to join, and ran all the way to the ocean on the left side. Jeez that world is freaking huge! Almost no "combat lag" (with the teleporting enemies bug), but some spikes every now and then (and then it stays like 5-6 seconds trying to load the map).
I'm also willing to downgrade my gear to lower level stuff that I've got in my chests, if it feels like I'm too much ahead of you guys. Coop is more fun when the party is at a similar power level
I'm not sure I'll be able to play this afternoon (work) or tonight (promised I'd go out with my gf, for sushi). But I'm in for the next couple days, since I've got very little work for at least another week+ :D.

And no idea on Dae. I think he stopped visitting the website some time ago. Tried contacting a couple times through Skype but to no avail. I hope he's doing fine nice fella.
I've got some decent gear I guess, but now comes the harder part of preparing for Hardmode: setting up farms (for a steady supply of potions) and a solid well organized base to make farming easier. I guess I should also get the Demon Altars prepared (unobstructed path to them).
Got any tips for me Link? I've played through Normal some times before, but I never got past the Cobalt level of gear in Hardmode.
Woot, I logged in to start making my Hellevator (so much water :fret:) and found a Web Slinger too sweeet!!!
I just hope I can fix my Hellevator later (when I reach Hell), there's like infinite water flowing through it. I've already flooded like 4-5 huuuge caverns and it still won't stop flowing.
I'll be available to play this afternoon (2 hours from now), probably gonna play for 3-4 hours in a row if things go as expected. If you guys are on, I'm willing to do it together, if not I'll work on my Base, Ingredients Farm and Hellevator
For the wall, just make a long, unobstructed path with lots of open space. I recomend the minishark. And you don't need too many potions, maybe five or sit max, the fight isn't going to go past 6 minutes unless you did something terribly wrong.

The Senior Moderator position used to be a stepping stone to Administrator level. (Again, this was years ago.)
And this is the most action the URT has had in a long, long time. But making a new thread is up to you guys. xD
Edit: I love having extra water, it makes going through lava so much easier. (Just turn the lava into obsidian.) I remember I saved like big huge things of water then when I got to the Lava level, I just put on a Diving Mask and flooded the helevator.
And I much perfer the Ivy Whip over the Web Slinger. Actually I like the Dual Hook the most for the grappling hooks. I was thinking of getting a Diamond Grappling Hook though, those things have super long reach...
The base isn't even 10% done and is already a marvel of modern architecture... a place NPCs love to live, as evidenced by their absolutele haste in moving to their new bedrooms as soon as they were ready... all thanks to the very comfortable thematic rooms and breathtaking vistas...
Also, maka... could you send me a copy of that server/world (through e-mail? not sure how big that is)? Mine is a mess because of me farming the crap out of most places, and I created it as a small world and now I can't change it

Also, up to Palladium/Cobalt gear and starting into Orichalcum/Adamanite gear. Need to break more Crimson Alters though, not enough ore.
And need a Clentaminator to stop the Crimson/Hallow. (I FUCKING HATE UNICORNS! DIRTY BASTARDS!)
Edit: Actually max health is 500. To get the last 100 health though, you have to get 20 Life Fruits which increase your health by 5 each.
Edit x2: I just noticed that Zero is the Senior Mod. Grats, last I remember you were a regular mod.
