This is a thread to talk about what we are addicted to. Just post all of the things that you are addicted to so we can critizise you and mock you

I'm addicted to caffeine. There are other things that I love but not necessarily addicted to them. I'm not sure always when one can tell if they are addicted to something or not. It seems like you'd have to suffer withdrawal symptoms from it to really be addicted to it. Like if I don't have my coffee one day, I'll totally start getting a headache. And having my coffee usually makes it go away. I'm not even so sure it's just the caffeine cause if I have a pop to get my caffeine the headache never quite goes away like it would with coffee. So part of it must be psychosomatic as well.
1.) Cheeseburgers
2.) Various Fleshy Parts
3.) Cigarettes 4.) Booze
5.) Guitar
6.) Metal
7.) Gaming
8.) Pot
9.) Sweet Tea
10.) Grape tobacco in a hookah.
If you've ever said you needed something because of your mental state, you're addicted.
You're all just listing things you like for the most part. Though you really are probably addicted to pot. People underestimate what an addictive drug that actually is.
I'm addicted to pot, it's just that it's the kind of addiction that's only addictive when you're thinking about it.The only thing on that list that I'm not technically addicted to is smoking tobacco in a hookah.
So you think you're technically addicted to cheeseburgers? I mean, I guess it's possible. Even probable. I suppose addiction is sort of an ambiguous thing. Cause I certainly don't think you need just be physiologically addicted to a thing to be addicted to it. Like with porn addiction. It's definitely a real thing, but it seems due more to compulsive behavior and depression. But I doubt you could suffer withdrawal symptoms from not getting a porn fix.
I don't think I'm really addicted to anything. If anything, if I don't get computer time for at least a few straight hours each day I get a bit grouchy.
Yeah, I don't think addiction means here heroin-level addiction...
Nor do you need to cite heroin as the definitive example of a physiologically addictive substance. There are plenty of milder substances which are clearly addicting. So yes, we can agree lots of things are addictive while not necessarily having to compare them to a heroin-level addiction.

Well, what do you want to go with, then, caffeine?
If you told me I had a choice between no cheeseburgers or no cigarettes for the rest of my life, I would pick no cigarettes. I have to play guitar, it's the biggest stress reliever I have, it goes hand in hand with listening to metal. Booze is a minor addiction of mine but I've been drinking sweet tea all my life, so while it has no real mental effect, it still makes it on my list. Gaming is a given.
All something has to do to be addictive is release endorphins.
Yeah I have an internet addiction for sure. I can tell because I'll just go to the same sites compulsively, over and over just looking for updates or I'll know there are no updates but I keep just reloading the page anyway. It's awful.

I am a connoesseur of sorts, but I also can't ignore a good deal, so I find myself reduced to eating a whopper or a super sonic most of the time.
Both have awful burgers. I figured if you were really so addicted to them that you'd have better tastes in burgers.
I do, it's just that there are no good burger joints in my town (I have to travel 40 miles for a good burger joint). You cant beat a quarter pounder for a dollar, and Sonic has the best burgers of an big time burger joint.
Where do you live? Even here in Utah where there isn't much of a food scene we still have really good burger places. Like Dylan's and Warren's which are sort of like semi-fast food joints. Then there is Maddox which has amazing burgers. They got these bison cheeseburgers that I'm probably close to being addicted to.
