Are road side bombs made of sauce pans, chopsticks, and cheap gun powder supposed to scare us?
Tone down the patriotic mumbo jumbo and realize that it was a goddamn joke.
[quote name='Carloseus']Why would I be scared shitless? Last time I checked, its arabs dressing in womens clothing and running around the desert evading our forces. But I fail to see any other point you seem to try to make. Perhaps you can clarify?
Bambi your the only other authorized to call me Carly. And no, I didn't join for a girl. I know I've been a sucker in the past, but I learn from my mistakes. I don't do stupid stuff for girls anymore.
From what Jarhead says, there were some flamers going off about D2 or D3 and he told them off. And he got banned for it. *shrugs* I guess.
Clarification? It's a joke. Get your humor sensor cleaned.

If I may suggest, I think we need to keep the hostility on this thread to a minimum. I promise you, the majority of us are not impressed with people throwing around their testosterone and are not interested in if you can kick someone's a** or not.
No offense to anybody, but we are not in the military and while ones service is truly honorable, it is unacceptable to bring home violent mannerisms that convey dominance in any way. If you cannot accept this, may i suggest you visit some other forum that is perhaps less moderated.

Hehe, Carloseus, the uniform totally suits you. You look like a badass dude. Please don't beat me up!
Yep, its a sharp Uniform. I have to be on a plane to San Diego in about 3 hours so the pics of me in my other uniforms will have to wait. And I won't beat you up Siaynoq, I promise.

Lol, do I really? When I'm not in uniform I'm laughing nonstop and clowning around.

Ooooh thats pretty cool, with the uniform and all.
Kinda funny to know that a person like that can be a part of a forum thats about a dark fantasy video game.
I wouldnt believe it if id see you, or a person like that, in real life. You know, the military type of guy. =P
You'd be amazed how many Marines play these kinds of games. In my platoon of 48 alone, we had me and about 7 more who played WoW. Around 28 of them had played Diablo but only 4 of us became addicted.
Good luck with your "next round" of training. I know you will do well.

I AM amazed. Thats really interesting.
WoW isnt as much of a surprise, but still...
28 people who know Diablo? I really havent met that many Diablo players in my whole life. (Though thats likely related to where i live... Whatever.)
I've found quite a few actually. A friend of mine in high school used to play with me, we would go home and run around together ingame, but then he got Maplestory and Guild Wars and he left me all alone....thats when I found Fuddy and the rest of the gang.
hoorah! i talked to you a bit on WoW(not as much as i liked to) but i'll make it official here- welcome back studly.
welcome back yo, I'm inactive on the forums... like i haven't come on here in months and if i do its for 5 minutes.
I'm sure you already said it 3 times in this thread, but what are you doing now? Training? School? Deployment? My buddy just got back from the national guard, he's in reserves too, he just goes to a thing every month to check in or something, is that what you are doing?
I quit WoW btw. shit got weak. After you left we had no one to make fun of in the guild and it fell apart. haha jk jk. you look very spiffy my dude. i would like to add no homo after that but it would be a lie. jk.
FUDDY! Good too see you - catch you on your next once-in-a-blue-moon visits!

Training is physical and mental. On an average day we would get up, eat, go to class, and then go exercise. after that we would be taught basic life skills you need as a Marine, such as ironing, sewing, how to fix some of your items to make yourself even faster or marking your things so that if you lose them you would get them back.
A big thing is intensity and speed. Almost everything we do must be done quick, intense, and as loud as possible. Did that answer your question or did I miss what you are trying to ask?
I'm trying to imagine what quick, intense and loud ironing and sewing is like...

Me and mom. She was a rollercoaster of emotions that day.
When you earn the title, you just fit in naturally with those two flags and that emblem.
