The 5 runes are from Wc, Diablo, SC, LV and the other I dont really know but its probably refering another old game they've made. They did this last time with SC2 to make us wonder what will be the game, not to point it which one it will be. So if we go on with the same idea, all we saw right now exept for the 2 burning eyes are not directly related to the upcoming annoucment. Its how Blizzard always did it.

I'm seeing a trend also SC2 was announced last year in korea whish is where starcrafts largest fan base is. Now diablo 3 will be announced in Paris where the largest fan base for diablo is.
