Would you ever like to go back in time and live in some other period? This always fascinated me and I would think about this here and there. Me, I would love to go back to the 80s. I don't even have to tell you why. Man, those were simpler times...

I like the life I lived, because I went from negative to positive.
You know very well who you are, don't let them hold you down, reach for the stars.
For proper historical documentation, I believe they now have it as CE (Common Era) and BCE (Before Common Era) rather than BC (Before Christ) and AD (Amino Domini). I believe the main purpose was to avoid any religious conflict and all with the 'Christ' thing and whatnot.
Anywho, I picked the 90s. Why? Well you have: Michael Jordan, John Stonckton, Jeff Hornacek, Shaquille O' Neal, Anfernee Hardaway, Tim Hardaway, Hoarse Grant, Scottie Pippin, Ga- I'm just gunna stop. Way too many good players in the 90s. xd
My favourite era to learn about would be 1900-1950 though, I love war... it gets my juices flowing. Call me cold hearted, but I love war. However, I have great respect to any man who goes to war and does not *show* cowardice when in battle. I mean, of course most people in war are terrified, and I doubt many had no worries at all.

"You are like a rose in a great rose field. Each rose is so beautiful to me. But if one dies... I can still look at many other roses..." God of Darkness.
I do miss the 80s and early 90s. Big hair, Pop Rocks, good cartoons, and it was okay to like Michael Jackson, MC Hammer, and New Kids on the Block because they were still cool. Besides, nothing was better than slipping on your stirrup pants and velcro high tops, and running off with your best friend to talk about Doogie Howser and the guys on Saved by the Bell.
Anyway, now that I'm done daydreaming...
I've always been pretty fascinated about most aspects of history, right up until about 1900 ("modern" history doesn't seem as interesting to me). Early Greek/Roman, as well as medieval and renaissance eras are probably my favorites, though pretty much anything involving Europe, Africa, and Asia are fair game.
Weren't you born after 1900? I guess you're gay. :/
Personally I'd like to back to many diferent times, but the 60s and 70s are what I was made for. I just showed up two decades too late. So, going back to the mid-early 60s would be awesome. Being around for the Beatles, Summer of Love, Moon-Landing, Cheech and Chong, etc.
There is one little problem though. Vietnam. Not sure what I'd do about that.
Actually, you know, cockroaches wouldn't last that long after a nuclear holocaust. Nuclear Winter would kill them all. (Sure, they can survive radiation, but cold...? Nope!)

The medieval times were badass.
It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
Either way I want to see Julius Caesar as he crosses the Rubacon.
I chose 2000s, ehm when was it any better?
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
kick ass music, movies, etc.

GAY.
Its so hard to choose between those eras though, they all have their parts that I love.
Edit: I'm mainly tied between the Victorian Era (1800-1900) and the Gothic Era (1000-1300).
