IT'S NOT WITH VIN fuckin' DIESEL IS IT? Please god no. I've already started vomiting.
If you didn't know about it by now that's pretty sad. Most movies like this I know about a year in advanced. (Such as spider-man 4 which has been announced but not decided whether Toby is doing it) Just check IMDB.com every so often. And no.. It's not ven diesel. The guy who is playing him looks nothing like the character from the game. I much would have profered Bruce Willis(sp) or hell even Vin Diesel. But I don't plan to watch the movie anyways it looks retarded. Hollywood is trying way too hard.
I just hope the main character has a romantic interest. There's never enough of that in the movies. You know, like a hot chick that the main character can rescue and fall in love with. Hollywood movies just never have that sort of thing. It should also have lots of explosions. I'm tired of big budget movies never having explosions, or car chases for that matter. And would it kill the producers to throw in a few extra bucks for some special effects?
I easily sense sarcasm from the first 2 sentences, and I don't have to read the rest.
You know what would be awesome for Hitman? If there was a scene where as he's running through the city chasing some guy, and he randomly punches a kid in the face as he's running. You never see that in movies.

It would be more awesome if he grabbed an old ladie's cane and beats her down with it.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
Whenever I hear they're making a movie based on a game i just think "bleh, another one?", and Hitman is no exception. . . well, either that or I just laugh out loud.
I'm not getting my hopes up. Not for Hitman, not for Halo, not for Warcraft and most certainly not for Castle Wolfenstein (I really couldn't stop laughing when I first heard). But I suppose it's possible to make a good game movie, if you really put your heart to it, which, as we all know, Hollywood doesn't. And game movies are profitable!

"So I like climb out the window and I fall because we’re on the third floor , but it’s cool, because I land where my arm used to be, but it’s not there so it doesn’t hurt. And I’m thinking, yeah, man, this no arm thing is kinda chill."

I disagree. The people at blizzard are perfectionists. They will stop production on the movie if they feel it isn't serving its purpose. They'll make it a good movie if hollywood can't.

I never said the movie is going to be bad. Just that I don't have my hopes up, because game movies are terrifyingly seldom any good. And that doesn't at all mean that this definitely will be a horrible movie.
And, as has already been said, Blizzard are not the ones making the film. They oversee production, but I think that is more fancy words than we want to believe. They aren't making the film, and as long as it brings in some cash I don't see them halting it, no matter how terrible it is.

I just saw the Hitman movie and it was awesome. Nudity is not bad either . . . I think I will go watch it again. No seriously, bad ass movie and doesnt copy to much from the game. 9/10 in my book.
Knowing my luck, I wont see this movie til I am out of the Army

Hero of the Trojan War, son of Telamon, thus called the Telamonian Ajax, also called Ajax the Greater. In the Iliad he is represented as a gigantic man, slow of thought and speech, but quick in battle and always showing courage. He led the troops of Salamis against Troy and was one of the foremost Greek warriors, fighting both Hector and Odysseus to draws.
Good movie IMO. i even had a friend that played the game that said if it wasnt a good movie he would be pissed. He REALLY liked it. i agree, they could have used a better person for the lead roll, but it was still a great movie.

And it's not like Blizzard is doing the movie.
Well, ID was overseeing Raven for some time, and they ended up with a lot of very un-ID stuff...
