I was a little tired from drawing specific characters so i got lazy and drew the Fallen Shaman.
When i stared at the final product i felt like something was wrong with it, or that it was missing something... Maybe you guys can find out what cause' its been clawing at my mind.
Aside from a bit of stiffness and anatomical wonkiness, i think the main thing that may make it seem 'off' is that i think his anatomy and posture is almost too humanoid. From what I remember in the games, their proportions are different.
I think he could stand to be a bit shorter and stumpier, and a bit more crouched over. his limbs seem too elongated right now.

My typical train of thought: Everything -> Sex -> Diablo
That's it! He's too human for a fallen, im surprised i didn't catch that when i was working on it. I guess unlike Talic/Korlic/Madawc i didn't look for a reference graphic image. I'll make sure to use a graphic image for anything else i draw Diablo-related.
I was examining the picture closer this time, and I noticed the skull within the "cloth", you know the pole with the flag, kind of thing. It's very subtle, and nice..
from the neck down, needs to be changed..make him look older, also; he would look like a true shaman..

"Not Even Death Can Save You From Me" ~ Diablo (II)
Everything that was said above. As well as the fact that his legs are curved outwards. Also the way he's clinching his staff is really unnatural. The only time when you might get that sort of bend is when you play an electric guitar standing and you have to play something on the top 2 strings. Another thing I can't quite understand: did you want him to have 4 fingers or 5?
Also personally I would have made him older and hungrier ( showing ribs). I don't know; when I used to run around the rogue encampment the fallen didn't seem like they had a lot to eat. Don't know how accurate this is if we ask those who know the diablo universe better tough.
But asides from that it's a fine drawing. Love the flag. Would have continued the background on the other side tough.
I know I haven't been on for a while. My classes finish the 25th so I should start posting some fan art afterwards.
Wow, if i had all these changes incorporated it'd be the perfect shaman drawing. Thanks for taking the time to actually put notes on the drawing though, i find visual representation much easier than explanation through words. (And lol@the minion eating breakfast) After i drew the flag, which i felt i actually did decently for once, I got lazy and didn't bother to make more background, which isn't the best habit a artist could have. Thanks for all the constructive criticism and support guys, i'll keep drawing and learning from my mistakes. Thanks for the help VoXorb, i'll remember these little details that i always overlook from now on with all my other Diablo monster drawings.

But it looks great otherwise!
I would like to see a completely shaded, and drawn one from you. I can't draw for my life, but your pretty good.

he should have ( a kind of) humpback..
Broader face.
Wider torso
Shorter, sliiightly more muscular legs.
And didn't he have some tribe like attire on his head and torso/back?
I'm talking off of memory, I really just slightly remember the details of the shaman.
Rise and rise again, until lambs become lions
