While there isn't one specific thing I would like to point out, I think I am most excited about the forward direction RoS is moving in! As a life long Diablo fan, I think RoS is great news for fans of the franchise, and I am excited to see and learn more about the game! Speaking from someone who has never attended Blizzcon, Im sure this years event will be awesome and I hope these tickets go to someone who will appreciate them for what they are worth!!
I'm really looking forward to finding out whats next for world of warcraft and also the next D3 expac. I enjoy both games and continue to play them. Really looking forward to reaper of souls and can't wait to play it with my friends so i cannot wait to see what else they have to show about the game. If i do win tickets i cant wait to see how my first time at blizzcon will be like and see all the things there for sure!
The intro video was pretty sweet but I would have to say Loot 2.0 even though there is so much more to list..Datamined info is also pretty dang exciting!
I am pretty simple in that the thing I'm really looking forward to most is the new Act to explore and new content to experience. I'm also looking forward to the new class as I'm a bit of an altoholic. I am also interested in seeing how the different game modes turn out. Now that I think about it, I'm pretty excited to just see how everything turns out. I'll definitely be playing RoS on day 1!
Without a doubt it would be the new classes for me. I would have to say only the monk was the class I like from the first game. Also the removal of the AH finally is nice.
I am most excited about Paragon 2.0 and the Weapon Normalization update. I think Blizzard is still the best developer in the world. Even though Diablo 3 was a disappointment for a lot of people, I sunk hundreds of hours into it and still enjoyed it immensely. I've seen how Blizzard works, not only in D3, but also WoW, WC3, SC2, and Hearthstone. If Blizzard looks at a system in one of their games and decides its not up to par, you bet they will rework that system and make it amazing.
Paragon grinding is a bit tedious with little rewards. Having better incentives and account wide paragon levels makes thinks much easier and rolling an alt much more fun.
The weapon normalization is particularly exciting to hear about because there are a lot of awesome legendaries out there that simply do not get used because their damage output is not comparable to the most desirable gear (i.e crit, crit dmg, lifesteal, ect..) Therefore, for blizzard to go back and re-balance the legendaries so they are more comparable to one another will ultimately mean a lot more diversity among builds and a lot more fun when finding new weapons!
Blizzard alone is an amazing company. They put on Blizzcon at a financial loss, just so they can have a great time with their fans and followers. They made sure that their company maintained their high quality production value, even after merging with Activision and later Vivendi. They made sure to have a voice in the 'video games cause violence' argument by hiring a major lobby firm. And to top off all that, they make amazing games!!
Loot 2.0, Revamped Paragon levelling, The Crusader skills and abilities, the gothic feel and look of Westmarch and going back to the Pandemonium fortress, finding out what the burning hells is going on with Malthael, the new transmog system and finally getting to use the Mystic...
