I am most excited for the class changes as well as the new loot system. I don't have the time to dungeon crawl for hours at a time anymore, but I need to get my gear!! It's about time for that change, and one will hope for sooner than later.
I am most excited about the crusader(Paladin) being my favorite class in diablo 2. I am also interested to see if any old Diablo 2 items will make a return like shaft stop, harlequin crest, Skullders...etc.. New act and boss runs should improve the game play and hopefully bring the population of the game back up to where it was at launch.
What has got me the most excited is loot 2.0. I am so tired of all this garbage loot i find, especially the legendary items. I also cant wait for the Crusader his skills look so awesome. It looks like we will be getting the game we all wanted from the very beginning. (hopefully)

In this world...
Is the destiny of mankind controlled by some transcendental entity or law?
Is it like the hand of god hovering above?
At least, it is true...
That man has no control, even over his own will.
I think the things I am most interested to see are the way they change the classes. Also I would love to see where they are taking the story. Diablo has one of the most compelling story lines out of all the games I've played.
As a game designer, i have always loved reading patch notes. So my favorite piece of news i get here at diablofans is the class changes. Specifically changes to my wonderful monk.
I want to see some gameplay for the D3. Expansion. Hopefully it, along with the removal of the RMAH will bring the game to standards we set so high after D2.
As far as Diablo 3 goes, I am really looking forward to seeing more information on the Crusader. I've always liked the Holy Warrior archetype in RPGs, be it D&D or World of Warcraft and everything in between. I am really excited to see what direction they take it in Reaper of Souls. I am also looking forward to seeing what direction they take loot; everything I've heard sounds really promising.
