After the whole "The New Paragon system is uncapped and you can get exp forever! Oh also we just removed caps" is pretty much exactly what Borderlands 2 Badass Ranks are...
And now the suggestions that they combined both makes me think of Normal / True Vault Hunter / Ultimate Vault Hunter.
Then again, Borderlands devs arent better, considering their new Overpower system is pretty much the same thing as Monster Power.
