Magic Find and its Efficiency Updated
We originally covered Cyeron's post a few weeks back. However he has taken the time to reformat and rewrite a great deal of the topic. Also with the recent post from Blizzard on magic find, now is a good time to recap on all the magic find information that's out there. There is also an active discussion going on in the topic's posts, so make sure to check it out and leave any thoughts about the discussion.
Witch Doctor Poison Summoner Build
Slybacon has posted a guide for the "Poison Summoner" Witch Doctor build. The post has a few videos covering the spec and the gear for the build along with some text explaining why he wanted to try this build. He has currently cleared act II with the build and is still progressing through Inferno.
This build currently is not designed to be the "Easy Inferno Clear Build" but a fun build that uses pets. With Bashiok's recent tweet about upcoming Witch Doctor buff in 1.0.4, its only a matter of time before pet builds become stronger all around. As always make sure to stop by his thread and leave any feedback!
Teen Dies After Diablo III Marathon
Diablo III may have claimed its first life. A Taiwan teen has died after a 40 hour marathon of Diablo III. It was said that he had booked a room at a local cafe and had played about 40 hours straight without eating. A worker woke him to only have him take a few steps before collapsing. He was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the hospital. (Source) Blizzard did release the following statement:
We’re saddened to hear this news, and our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time. We don’t feel it would be appropriate for us to comment further without knowing all of the circumstances involved. While we recognise that it’s ultimately up to each individual or their parent or guardian to determine playing habits, we feel that moderation is clearly important, and that a person’s day-to-day life should take precedence over any form of entertainment.
There was a previous story about a death related to long play sessions of Diablo III. However in that case when people reported the story it ended up with a bit of a twist to the original story and may not have been related to the long play session.

Diablo III End-Game - Poll recap
Not long ago Blizzard commented on the lack of a long-term end-game for Diablo III. Many players have suggested many different options to bring life to its end-game. The results of our previous poll are in, and it looks like a great deal of players would love to see infinite dungeons and the return of the pandemonium events. However the other options were not far behind at all marking no solid winner.
He played Diablo 3 for 40 hours straight without eating. It's suicide as much as it was with The Joker. He should have known what would have come out of it. And I have no pity.

He must have been in poor health prior. People have been trapped under debris for days w/o food or water and survived.

An autopsy is pending, but authorities noted that the long period of sitting still could have created blood clots, which proved fatal.

Or sleep? Or with their neurocircuits running overtime for 40 hours straight? You have to consider all the factors. Like it or not, gamign does put a stress on the body.
