The problem is -- as others have said -- that the flights and hotels from here (North Europe) would cost $1,500-$2,000/person by minimum, which is far too steep for me.

Seeing as I haven't been to Blizzcon I find it hard to value whether 175 is overpriced or not, though I suppose I would find it worth my money at least once just for the sake of the experience.
Somewhere I read/heard that Blizzard was losing money on Blizzcon. I can imagine things like security costs must be huge. So in my eyes the price is justified, especially considering the demand. If I lived in Anaheim I still wouldn't purchase a ticket.

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
