Isn't it already in the OP from the Twitter Tracker? It says update at 10 PST. Dunno if that was you or not, Sixen was just on a tiny bit ago. Unless you did it, of course
If I understand your question correctly - that was their stance from last night. This one is an update we just received from the Blizz community reps saying that it will NOT be in vegas.
I live in Arizona, it's a 6hour drive for me either way. Thus far, i've attended all of them, 6 hour drive each time, consider yourself lucky. And hell, i'd love to live in Cali... ;P.
Yeah, I used to live in Mesa, AZ, and only moved out here 2 years ago. Last year, I just didn't have the funds. So this would be like a once in a lifetime opportunity for me, well at least while I'm still young enough to not seem creepy there.
And no, you wouldn't love to live in Cali. I'm already planning on moving back to AZ, and only after 2 years! lol The only thing keeping me here right now is all my friends I met at Chapman.
I'm glad it ain't Vegas, it does just seem wrong there. But it would be a helluva time when we weren't in the convention center. Maybe they thought about trying to boost the Vegas economy, since that city got it the worst next to Detroit. I am still praying it will be nearby Anaheim or San Diego (NOT LA, traffic will suck donkey balls)

If the convention is moving at all, it's going to be somewhere that isn't too far of a drive from their main office in Irvine, CA.
That's what I figure, most likely somewhere within a 1-1:30 hour drive of Anaheim, that way they won't all need to rent a hotel. Oh yeah, and I won't have to rent one either. San Diego Conv Center anyone?
I just got back from Vegas three months ago, and considering the amount of people that were there (from around the world, not just the US) it would be a perfect place for this event. The amount of advertisement they would get would be phenomenal.

Uh... You aren't missing anything here... Just the Sun, really, but you get that in Cali.
I dont see how this is news at all, seeing as its been confirmed that it wont be in Vegas.

Traffic would suck for driving but the Metro rail takes you anywhere in DC.
