High AR? You got yourself a fortune.

Fire resist? Forget it, it's just an above average WH.

Any vitality or is that a generic double int roll? That matters as well.

You're missing 2-3 stats if it's just 195 int, 9/50.

It comes with up to 100 int, so you have at least 1 random roll as int, if not int+vit. What other stats?
