Looks like a solid piece of gear. You should be able to get a couple of million for it like izick said. It might take a little bit of time to sell on the AH but you should get some decent gold.
I sold a similar armor on the AH whih only had 45 base dex and left the 3 sockets blank. Also It had 7 discpline, and had other stupid stats like health globe + and gold radiuis. for 350kish. I could see 1.5mil to the right bidder.

The gems alone are worth 1.5 mil. Might be better off just selling those.

I don't see many other cloaks in the AH with these stats, just wondering it's worth.
