I need those stats: STR, VIT, CRIT%, CRIT DAM and RESIST. Rest I don't mind.

Why bother answer?
By your logic, a 1str, 1vit, 1% crit, 1crit dam and 1 resist amulet is 10 time worth my amulet.
I never asked for a perfect amulet.

I'll post another one so this one can die with you.
