I think 10-20 is less than fair, a roll that high is very rare. I'd say 20.

yes everything over 1300 damage (ignoring the lifesteal and attack speed ) is well over 20mil) but that doesnt mean its actually selling for that. Hoping for 10+ really hoping for 15 +
