I have grown tired of other clans and guilds that claim they are the best. I would like True-Saber and Jarhead89 to claim 3 lives (ears) of clan members such as I described. After you each have possession of proof of your accomplishment, bring them to me along with the SLAYER that claimed those lives.

lol, i like how thasador is good at taking command. good job thasador, and you all are doing good as well. my return will be soon, the fight is nigh, since training is getting to be a drag. might as well be over with, in two weeks. time to turn it up lol.
lol why even train then... 2 weeks wont do anything... you may as well just be running b/c you'll only weaken your muscles in the short term... it takes a while for the muscle tissue to really start repairing itself

haha i know how ya feel... i used to live in las vegas nevada... it's nothing to have it be 115 degrees... i used to run out to the icecream truck barefoot and be hopping the whole time waiting for my turn... if I woulda went back inside for shoes he'da drove away
so run barefoot and stop bein a tenderfoot (I live in texas so im always barefoot).

Whilst my zealer is strictly a pvm, i managed to complete my task with no real difficulties. Quest completed. I will however continue to slay all that stand in the way of SICK until such time i meet thasador on bnet to discuss my success.

yes, i come from a countryside home in California. it was awesome in spring and fall, either scorching or freezing the other seasons. three years of living there though made me a bit of a hobbit. slow internet meant stay out there all day, too bad i dont have much of a backyard here.
Great job SLAYERS. Now with you two making an impact on the pvp realm under the SICK flag...no clans shall resume superiority. SICK will finish strong in D2 and will set the bar in Diablo 3. Great job Jarhead and Saber.

I have been running through distant lands slaying demons and other beastly things. so far i think that my running is going good, and tommorrow will be an intense day. here is the schedule:
(wakey uppy :6-7 am) good couple of sets on upperbody, and a hundred sit-ups. maybe a run around the block.
from here i play diablo and WoW, alternating. every time i die on either i do twenty situps.
(afternoon: 2-4 pm, i will repeat morning ritual)
repeat a bit more on the playing strategy
(night: 7-9 pm, repeat ritual)
sleep.
any good? the workout itself may be about 30-50 minutes long, but even though its short i think it'll work. kinda sprinting, short bursts. any good? im planning to continue this ruitine for the next month and a half.
side note: this is not only my feud with my brother, i also have some shame in no fat but little muscle. 300 kinda made me look down on my torso and feel shamed, so my goal is to look somewhat in that shape in a year. i know, its a big task. ><.
Just keep that heart pumping my Commander. Make sure that loosing the calories that you intaked that day (food that day) is consumed so it doesnt get stored as fat.

-To gain muscles-
Basically to gain muscles = ripping your current ones. When you rip your current muscles from weight lifting...your body begins to swell. Showing a temporary increase of body mass. After it heals itself...it generally becomes bigger...So lifting heavy weights with low reps increases your body's muscles.
For Fights
For fights...the muscles that affects fights the most is the Tricepts...Deltoids...and abdomen area. Bicepts have no use in fights unless you are picking your opponent off the ground.
To dominate in endurance is 2 things:
1. Dont be affraid to get hit.
2. You need to know how a real punch or kick feels like. So you know what to expect. I used to punch myself....face....chest....gut...so I am prepared to face the music. Not doing this will conflict with the first rule
