in no case will LoH be useless.. a barbarian with a around 1k life on hit and even SOME attkspeed (pretty much EVERYONE can get 10% from gloves after nerf) and lets say 12% from a combination of other items will get 1500hp per second.
Factor in that most tanks i know use frenzy and this becomes a-lot fast.. add Sidearm to that, and each target the sideatm hit is another 1000hp...
