You should watch The Thing. That movie's relaxing.
Maybe I'm not as angry at many of D3's flaws because I actually just find the game kind of boring somehow. Yet strangely I'm not mad about that either.
Oh wait!
I am angry about one thing....

Finally finished monk in normal mode, he was a hot knife going through demon butter. Now on to my final character in normal mode, the wizard. :Thumbs Up:
last time i was angry with games was back in the NES SEGA days, cos the games were hard but enjoyable
but the game is not enjoyable when its flawed big time.
i also have lost all respect for blizz and ive been plying their games for many years.
the warcraft team i respect and the old Diablo team, hiring jay wilson was a mistake.
i digress, ye i think im done guys. ill play it 2moro and have a look to see if blizz listens to the customers
Lol dude, I'm feeling the same tbh. I haven't played D3 in a couple of days, even with my barb in Nightmare only. It's just so boring playing through the same static environment all the time...the random events just aren't cutting it for me. Maybe a little hiatus will solve it.

Man I think I should've done the same...I'm bored with the game now...as stated above.
Still enjoying D3 here. It's like I always expected. I played like crazy getting to 60 and inferno, and now I find myself still liking the game, but not nearly as excited about it. So now, it's jsut something I do, like other people are with TV shows. I try to get one nice session in a day. Worst case scenario, I gain a little skill, and gain a little more gold toward tuning my gear. Best case scanerio, I find a few aucitno house sellable items and drop them on the GAH.
I am running Act I now. I use the starting point right before butcher, then clear the cathedral for a warm up and to build NV. Then I run Halls of Agoncy, Cursed Hold, and the butcher with full NV. It's low stress, I rarely die, and if I do find something I can't handle, I skip it.
The game is a lot less frustrating if you can enjoy the combat, and don't mind the low rate for usable gear drops. Just something relaxing to do for an hour or hour and a half in the evenings. That's all I ever hope for from a game after the first month.
That said, I could stuill see myself having occasional marathon all night sessions on this game, while progressing through the rest of inferno acts. Or if I got excited about almost being able to afford a piece of gear, I could see myself temporarily picking up the pace on my farming.
I guess what I'm saying is that it's an ARPG. Just fast, crazy spare time fun. I'm playing much like I would play any game with fun, simple mechanics. Like.. solitaire, tetris, temple run, tomb raider, mario bros or something. LOL!
I find I'm playing the game a lot less but it doesn't help that an old WoW buddy I haven't seen in two years got me back into PvP. Switching between the two games is keeping it fresh for the most part.
Still enjoying the game but some of the bugs are terrible, I have to admit that the patching so far has been... not up to par. Just farming act 1 now, I don't die that much anymore, also starting to find items that are sell-able on the GAH.
I have been mucking around on the barb and wizard and having oh so much fun!! It's nice to hear that they are pushing for "some" class balance in 1.0.4. That will be a nice boost considering I wasn't expecting ANYTHING till 1.1.0

Playing Diablo since 97. I know nothing and having nothing good to say, I be a troll.

I hear you, I didn't want to burn myself out on it so I came up with that approach. I play with kind of different intention, for me I don't really care about the difficulty level of the game, I play more for the feeling of escape I get in the game. Playing the Diablo series is like sitting down by a fireplace on a cold winter night in a comfy chair with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book.
I didn't bother playing D2 in hell mode because it made the game less enjoyable to me, I may very well not play inferno if it has the same feel as hell mode did. I'm perfectly happy sticking to normal and nightmare mode so long as the game flows smoothly.

I kind of did that last night with the monk, the game was going so good, I skipped the gym and plowed on through to finish the game. The wizard at present is seeming kind of weak and disappointing like the witch doctor did, hope she gets some butt kicking going soon.
Suggest to me your favorite TV series and movies cause, you know, I love you guys and I hope you love me enough to do me this incredible favor. Please?

I don't watch very much TV. The only series I follow very closely are True Blood, Glee, and Psych. I used to watch a lot of House but it depresses me.
I watched a really interesting movie last night. "Jeff Who Lives At Home". My SO picked it out, and I was expecting it to be a mediocre stoner comedy. Kind of starts that way for the first half, but it actually gets very emotional and serious toward the end. I couldn't stop crying the last 25 minutes or so of it. Which I got laughed at for.
It basically explores questions of fate and purpose and arrives at a very idealistic yet beautiful conclusion.
The Tudors and The Borgias
Continuum looks nice, Doctor Who (if you haven't seen it yet)
True Blood (yeah, vampires, but this is actually really good)
Harry's Law
The Good Wife
Would you say you have a....... fear that it is going to consume the page at some point?
<-- bring it back!!

And I'm definitely not rushed. It's the summer, and there's so much more to do. LOL!
