I just skimmed through the Religion Vs. Science thread... I used to be such a doofus... I'm sorry for anyone who has to put up with my horrible grammar in that thread, as well as my "arguments." I've came a long way in 4 years.

My account is Murderface#1556 I'll try to be on more, I've been going between D3 and medieval II recently.

My views have somewhat stayed the same. A little less extreme. I've come to understand the failings of society on a deeper level, and in doing so realized that volition of the people is the only deciding factor in any socio-economic system. I no longer align with conservatism or liberalism because I believe them to be a sort of false dichotomy, and an assault on free thought. Religious views have stayed the same. I believe anything is possible and nothing is certain. I leave it at that.

I cringe about most of the stuff I've posted, especially some of the personal stuff I've shared. I was about 15, 16 at the time I really got involved with Dfans. I didn't know how to conduct myself well on the internet. To an extent, I still don't know, but I'm getting better at it.

Yeah same here. I think it's just one of those things that come with age. That Religion Vs. Science thread, although funny to an extent, makes me twitch... lol.

Good to see some of you guys. I don't know if you all recognize me but i certainly recognize you all. Yeah when i look at my threads and posts from a couple of years ago i start laughing. My views have changed immensly during these 5 years or so. Azriel i was wondering when you'd show up

Playing D3 on EU if anyone needs boosting or whatever (though most of you guys are US i think). Anyway have a good one.

*comes to in a wooded area*

*gets up and stumbles down the road noticing a light on in a run down building that looks sooooo familiar*

*decides to head on over*

*opens door and smells something rotten but tasty at the same time*

*sits down next to the few others*

*a drink is set before me - its dark, frothy and smells incredibly bad, yet my mouth waters for it*

*starts gulping down, sees starts, shakes head but still seeing stars, shakes it harder and falls off stool*

*lays there for a bit, closes eyes, memories come flooding back, opens eyes, hops up*

*notices everyone covering their ears, and wonders why, then I hear a popping sound*

*looks sheepishly around, seeing familiar faces, gets up and gives everyone a hug*

Yeah I remember you Jamoose! And Stormy too! Good to hear from you guys again! I still haven't installed D3 yet... it's gonna happen though I have the motivation to do it but my free time to do it is typically like 11pm when I'm tired. Wah wah wah. It'll happen.

The last two pages were... emotional. I haven't logged on in a year, and here, all this shit is going down. Awesome!

Well, it seems my space is still here but it feels like a lot of people have sat here since I was on 3 years ago. It seems I will have to sit here for awhile before this smell goes away.

*Flies on overhead. Noticed the Tavern is no longer Dilapidated, and lands in front of the door. Shrinks down to something more human in appearance with the scorpion tail still visible. Walks in and notices Storm kicking a wall, asking for Venom.*

*watches the commotion and thinks to himself*

I am too old for this and should just continue drinking and all will be normal in awhile.

*Brushes cobwebs off self, gently places small spiders in a corner to rebuild their webs. Looks around at all the Tavern patrons-turned-statues. Thinks to self.*

God, I definitely remember this happening. Is... Is that guy in the corner with the mechanical arm drinking a now empty glass? How long has that glass been empty? I guess I'll help 'im out and refill it.

*Goes to the man in the corner and smells the glass to see what drink it was; walks to bar, gets a clean glass, fills it with the locally brewed lager, walks back to the corner and when the glass comes down on the table, switches it with the full one and puts the dirty glass in the sink.*

There, now it doesn't look so weird. I wonder if there's any cider in the back?

*Wanders into the back of the Tavern and noises issue out from stuff moving.*

So... was looking at the last time I was in here, and I was saying I would eventually re-install Diablo 3 and give it another shot. Should I get the expansion though? I hear that it's much better with the expansion... and really just better in general than when the game first came out (because of patches). Is this true? Does the game have a true Diablo feel to it? Is Diablo 3, in a sense, like the glory days of Diablo 2? I just need a motivation boost to re-install the game / buy the expansion I guess.
