PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

Playing video games for hours on end is fine...as long as people have enough self control to realise how much is enough. That is what seperates the fans from the fanatics. Also, gaming should not get in the way of normal human activites, such as eating, sleeping (within reason) or getting exercise. This is how i see my gaming life and it works perfect, i am ye tto suffer any health problems due to hours of gaming and i never expect to.
