    Blade Pact

    The Blade Pact weakens any foes caught in its boundaries, and slows their attacks and movement speed. The pact lasts for 7 seconds on the ground, with the effects lasting for the state duration below.

    I need to remind that the skills are NOT complete yet. According to very recent reply made by one of the Runic devs at Runic Games Forums: "They (the skills) aren't final until the day before we ship."
