Green: Member had sufficient nominations (requirement is at least 2) and/ or recieved them chronologically before the member under them. Listed from highest to lowest.
Blue: Member had sufficient nominations (requirement is at least 2), but did not make the cut off, since they received their nominations chronologically after the last person on the cut off list.
Red: Member did not meet the nomination requirement.
The final top ten nominated members will be posted in a poll, and that will be what's voted on. Giving certain members already nominated more nominations could 1) boost the member in to qualifying nomination territory, 2) push the member above another and reduce the chance of the member being cut off, and 3) give the member a higher spot visually on the final poll, which could affect if they're voted for or not.

A critical note on the event of a tie:
In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by first checking who had the most amount of nominations in the nomination round, and then will be broken by determining who had their last nomination added first.
For instance, if Joe and Bob both tie for first place with 10 points each, consider the following:
1. Joe: 5 nominations
2. Bob 3 nominations
Joe would win the tie because he had 2 more nominations in the nomination round.
In the following situation:
1. Joe: 5 nominations
2. Bob: 5 nominations
Joe would still win because he received his last (fifth) nomination before Bob received his last (fifth) nomination.

I voted VegasRage. I'm not sure if many people have noticed, but he's always been a great member. He's articulate, mature, and I respect a lot of his ideas and intelligence. Can't say I always agree with his political views, but I like that he tries to explain them thoroughly. He's always respectful to others as well. He easily got my vote.
I was gonna vote Mephisto's, but I don't think his ego needs anymore boosting lately.
