yes, im prolife, and i disagree with abortions as a form of birth control. after all, why else would people want it?? it makes no sense to not have babies. abortions should only be an option in cases of rape or incest, where the woman had absolutely no choice and was taken advantage of. such as a girl or a woman walking down a dark street home after work. i mean, if people arent going to be responsible enough for it, they shouldnt be having sex in the first place. thats how it was in the old days, people would wait until they were in a better position to do such things.
it bothers me that sex offenders and child molesters arent put to death as soon as their sentencing, as well as other big time criminals. the death penalty should still be used, and people shouldnt be giving rights to those in prison. californian jails have tv. TV people!! WTF!! they deserve being flung onto a wall a couple hundred times a day. it angers me a bit.
So first you say that you'er pro life, and then you think that we should have more death penalties? That is a contradicting argument, both statements cannot hold true.
So let's say your first statement is correct. If a mother is not allowed to choose whether to shoulder the immense responsibility of having a child through abortion, then how is it justified to kill fully grown people that caused previously named effect?
And if your second statement is true, then why is right to kill people, then you cannot say you are pro life, since if you are that would be the highest value to be enforced, standing above everything else suc as justice or fairness.
Also, the whole concept of punishment of to teach a lesson. How can that be accomplished if the convict is killed?
TV you say? Well, let me tell you this. It is WAY more cheaper to have a few TV's in a compound compared to executing one guy. Do you even know how much an execution costs? New Jersey have spent 200 million dollars on execution procedures, but so far they have executed none!
Not to mention that it is unconstitutional to go through these processes without the greatest care. And since your whole country has rested upon the Constitution for over 200 years, I think it is safe to say that it is an integral part of your society,

Ok there is no justifiable cause to hav an abortion, at least in my eyes. It wasnt the kids fault that its mother was raped, it still is life and to take that life is murder. Like i said before there are alternatives to abortion such as adoption. Also a mother should be ashamed of herself if she was to abort the baby because she got raped, she should see it as it wasnt her fault she got, so it wasnt the baby\'s fault it was produced.

you can say i contradict myself, but its mostly to give life a chance for babies who's parents were too irresponsible to take that into account.
criminals are the scum of society, and they never stop. i have two uncles that are criminals, and one was sent back to mexico because they dont want him here. they never learn or settle down. if they do, they produce similar results in their children.
as for the cost, i think that it is far more expensive if they are let out and allowed to repeat crimes they went in for. sex offenders and child molesters repeat offenses, we see it every day. either we kill execute them or they ruin another life/lives. then the victims sometimes grow up to do what was done to them. this concept that we must be nice and merciful is stupid, and will make a weakling society like france.
why do people consider crime?? because they feel that they will get away for it. just like kids and rules. why do they insist on watching too much tv or not doing chores or eating snacks before dinner?? because they think they will get away with it, or the punishment will not be severe enough.
my constitution is followed by interpretation. before we had many executions for criminals, like in texas. nowadays it is followed differently than before, so it is only point of view of following it. i didnt want to bring it up, but the civil war was a big point of view. the south believed in slavery, and that they had the right to secede. (they did have the right to secede.)
but the north believed they didnt and so the south took a fort. then the north began attacking the south, obviously fighting for their belief of righteousness, when the south did the same. i believe that should the south have won things would have been different, and slaves would have been set free anyways. mostly because machines were making farming more and more efficient and thus making slavery too costly for farmers. it is interesting to think about it. now i will be declared a racist, at least in my point of view.
if you hurt a child by rape or something else i dont give a shit about your rights, to me you are not a human, you are scum, we could send them to jail and pay for them, or we could exceute them, as a worker i prefer to keep more of my money so option 2 is prefered but option 1 works

If you ever meet a hafling and a hungry dragon you dont have to outrun the dragon, you only have to outrun the hafling.
No you will not, you are just analyzing a topic. At least not by me.
criminals are the scum of society, and they never stop.
That is higly debatable. As with everything regarding human behaviour, there are few certanities and many question marks.
They never stop do they? A criminal is a person who breaks the laws of society. Why do they do that first of all. Crimes can be stealing, rape, murder, speeding and tax evasion. In all these cases, the criminal tries to gain something they cannot get through legal means. In all cases.
Stealing can be either because they have no money, and thus can't get it.
It may be to get the thrill, which they don't get if they pay.
It may also be because tey do not want owaste their money. Also which cannot be done by paying, since that is not an option for them.
Rape is so that the offender can get pleasure otherswise denied him. (Well, they sure aren't doing it becauce it pains them).
And if he could get it, then it would be legal, since the victim would then agree instead.
Murder, this is tougher. Can be revenge, which once again isn't legal to exercise. Could be because of envy. THe person is most likely envy because they have something he can't get, so he murders them to remove that constant reminder of their "superiority".
Tax evasion is conducted so that the person can get more money. This money would be lost legally, so they do not follow the law in order to keep it.
Now, do you see a pattern here? I do. ALL of the above are due to getting something, the offender wants something that they cannot get legally. And this is the basis of our whole society. We live in a material world, and yet there are civilizations in the world that do not rely on materialism. On an island, the people that live there have no wish for things. If someone has a nice hat, you can take it an it's ok. And when they want something you have, they just take it from you. Everything floats back and forth without an owner, and it works.
So, now that we have identifies crimes, let us see if they can be abolished. As I earlier said, everybody does what they believe to be best. And since criminals lack somehting, they think that it would be best if they got it. So either they get it, or they are told that it is not best. Which they seldom believe. But is it impossible to convince people? If so, then how did Hitler succede in persuading a whole nation? How do Martin Lutehr King capture people's hearts? How did any speaker succeed? Thus it must be possible to convince people that what they are doing it wrong.
Now this conflicts with criminals, because law-enforcerers often do not take into account a criminals diffenre tmind-set. Their brains work diffenrently, and the law-makersr assume that everybody is rational, since they themselves are. That is not the case however. Criminals are not changed because the wrong methods of change have been employed so far.
But there are some people that cannot be changed however. Mnay serial killers lack the ability to feel emotion. They try desperately their whole life to feel something, but they cannot dues to a problem in their bran. They can not be convinced unless you somehow figure out how to manipulate the brain, and that topic has enough controvercy around it as it is.
And I was not talkinga bout setting them free. It is, believe it or not, cheaper to house a criminal for life than to execute him. So not only has death penalty proved to be ineffective, it is more costly also.
why do people consider crime?? because they feel that they will get away for it.
And they feel they can get away with it? True, to some extend, but that is a narrowminded way to look at it. As I said earlier, crimes are done because the criminals want something. If law enforcement is stronger, then they will feel the threat of losing it anyway. So while stronger law-enforcement removes the actual crimes, it does not change the mind-set of the people, which is evident in police states.
These nations have strict control over their citizens. Crime is always low, because punishment is swift and severe. But it doesn't change te people's mindset. That is due to upbringing, morals and ideas. These cannot be forced onto people, they must be convinced. Which ties back to my earlier point.
This post really got my brain going, and inspired me to look at crime at a diffenrent angle for the first time. And it gave me inspiration to my book in progress.
