I think the D3 logo looks cool, but may i come with a suggestion? I'll do that anyway
I think pherhaps if u make the background a bit more fussy (so it doesn't look so "consentrated" it would piff it up a bit, and pherhaps if u redesign the top and bottom of "III sign" in the back, to something more like... hmm, like if u make the top of III guardian angels from heaven and the bottom like demons from hell,
It would look like thats whats making D3, and u would have to choose between the good side, or well get fucked up (the bad side)
do some experiments, but u are talented, and if u bother taking the time, could you maybe give me the name of a program to make such images? like the dudes face u made?.. the "evil angel thingy" (dont remember name)
I definitly support the thought by lightray. I think that it would be sweet if their were rogue angels. It would get rid of any prissy angelic feeling that you have as dead angelic bodies fall before you.

Total Ownage of Noobs
Refering to all the people that wish that they were me. AKA Everyone! jk
alright, i should had posted this long ago. a little background on this, i had been working on something as my second project, but i lost interest therefore didnt complete it. i had promised you all that i would indeed reveal it one day, but that day never came......until now. i was deleting a bunch of crap pics (making pics requires many different copies for me) and found the source file. i saved it as a jpg, and am ashamed of the noobness i was, but i liked the idea i was trying to do. just so you guys know i took the armors from diablo 2, and rearraged pieces of one armor to make it seem as if i had the whole set.
Why dont you people just make your own idea of Diablo III... Then if blizzard really isn't making one. they might buy it from you, then professionally remaster it.... You guys have the graphic talents. Why not...
you guys are all good, and you SHOULD take advantage of photoshop programs, especially Carloseus (:..
and that Myriel concept was goooood....
P.S. sorry about lousy english, i'ts my second language (i'm from serbia)

There's no smile of an angel without the wrath of god
art should be judged by content, as well as invoking of feelings. there is a very large line between the Mona Lisa, and a can of cambells chicken soup.
i think that art nowadays is by a large part (with minimum exceptions) a joke. people just grab a canvas, leave it in a room, make small puddles of different paints around the room, and stick a dog and a cat in there and lock the door. after a couple hours they come back and remove the dead cat and the dog. overnight it dries (along with the blood), and the next day they take it to an art convention and get a blue ribbon as well as a couple thousand dollars.
i know that it is that simple because i have seen a "master artist" at work. a teacher i had was flinging paint from her brush onto a canvas and using her fingers to spread it a little. the next day she showed us her proud achievement and won an award for it a month after. besides her i have seen other "masters".
for all those of you who enjoy that kind of stuff or who practice it:
1. just grab a nice rifle
2. make sure its loaded and armed
3. put the butt of it to your knees
4. stick the barrel in your mouth
5. place your thumb (doesnt matter which one) on the trigger
6. push down on the trigger
congrats!!! you have just done humanity a HUGE favor!!!!!!
this is one of the most ignorant things ive ever read about the art community.
If you had any sense about the matter, Art is for the person. The fact that you see it at all should be considered a gift. And if you dont like it thats fine, but you dont have any right to judge the way a person expresses him or herself. Thats why people win awards and have people with big bucks spend money for "that" type of art. Its like as Lightray said, its the persons perception of the world that you see. And that makes all the difference.
