I'm mainly trying to sell the Chest (65 Int, 108 Vit, 52 Resist All, +193 Armor, 15% MF and 3 Sockets) and the Sword (800.8 DPS, 106 Vit, 783 LoH and 60% Critical Damage) on the second row.

At least 15M. There are some chests in the AH with similar stats but most are overpriced, in the range of 30M-60M.
