Why? There is no ~130 base dex + vit + max disc + 3 sockets cloaks around this price at all on the market. Mainly 100-110 dex with 3x42 or 3x46 gems.
I admit that 6 max disc is not that awesome, but it's still decent.
This will instantly sell for 2-3kk, there is no doubt. I sold few similar cloaks with 100-110 base dex at 1-2kk price within 1 hour after putting them on AH.

went for 4kk (4mil - 15% = 3.4mil) as buyout easily.
Obviously 6 max disc is not 10 (what is maximum), but hey, this piece got 133 base dex and some vit! Isn't it great?
