Is this for Devastator? I was looking for someone to craft this and possibly find out cost, etc.

skullsplitter very common drop in the act one weapons racks.

From today's patch:

-Legendary crafted recipes no longer require specific Common armors or weapons and instead now require Common crafting materials.

You don't need a White Skullsplitter anymore to craft a Devastator

FYI common armor/weapons are no longer required to craft items.
