Hi! I've made program that calculates effective hp of diablo 3 character. It was made to me and my friends, but now i want to share it with community.
Program calculte health, armor, resistances and damage reduction into one attribute - effective health. Then program will tell which stat should be raised to get maximum increment of effective health pool.
Screenshot is a little outdated but it can give you a basic idea of this tool.
I just downloaded your tool and it looks really good.
I was looking for something like this, since upgrading on a budget means you have to make trade offs (lose vit - gain res, etc).
I have a few questions though:
- are there any known issues/limitations with it? (as in are the formulae set in stone?)
- could you also add intellect to the mix?
- would you add an item comparison tool to it? (you input the stats of 2 items, and it calculates a score for each)
- I am playing a wizard, so it's not a major concern, how would block fit into all this for a melee though?

Downloading sketchy-homebrew-app.EXE from random-dude-with-only-8-posts on the forums is a pretty good way to get all of your stuff stolen. It's much safer to use a web-based application, such as the one linked here: http://www.diablofans.com/topic/43712-diablo3-effective-health-pool-calculator/
Sincerely,
Guy who isn't necessarily saying this program is a keylogger
its safe!

So this prog is quite useless for monks.
