I was almost sure that creatures on thrones are Azmodan's captains. But after they are "literally" saying about Lesser Evils (1st video at 19:45, Here again "Lesser Evils on their thrones"; so no mistake here) I am wondering is this a frame showing Andariel, Duriel and Belial? What do you think guys???
The three Demons on the thrones can't be Azmodan's sin generals because in the lore panel they said only two will appear and one of them is the Maiden of Lust, so unless the three demons are just there for show (doubt it) they cant be the sins.
We know what Andariel and Duriel look like so it can't be them, but it is very interesting that they may still have a role to play according to the panel's reaction.
My thoughts are that the three demons are actually Azmodan himself. Notice that in the cinematic, they are all smokey, then they look at Leah, then there is a flash (glowing eye flash?) and Azmodan appears from smoke. Now the reason for this? I dont know. Maybe its just an ability or maybe he needed to split in order to rule hell ( 1 will become 4).
Why can't they just be sin generals that we won't see in the game? Azmodan still seemed to be in hell, so just because they won't be in GAME doesn't mean they won't be in the cinematic. It's likely the active sins are away doing work in sanctuary.
1) The demons on the throne are not Azmodan's generals they are the lesser evils. If they were the generals then the panel would have addressed them as such.
2) People need to stop assuming that Azmodan is addressing Leah. She is having a VISION, while he is in fact speaking at HER it does not mean he is speaking to her. She is having the vision from the perspective of a 3rd party, and that could be entirely anyone.
3) There are plenty of theories as to whom that person is.
Theroes
1) It could be Inarius, Although he is a prisoner of Mephisto's he is a very very intelligent Angel. And although he has his faults like underestimating others, he is brilliant. Once he found out that Tyreal was indeed on sanctuary and the knowledge of the Prime evils being there as well, then he could have devised a plan long ago for the destruction of both heaven and hell, heck even the destruction of sanctuary itself, then he can recreate the whole thing over. (I doubt this, but i wouldn't be surprised if blizzard mind fucked us all).
2) Tyreal is a conniving fuck, in the sin war trilogies he used people all the time. Also there are plenty of mysteries behind his actions during diablo 2. I am referring to his fight with Diablo when Marius releases Baal. Diablo was subdued and not at full power, so Tyreal could have exposed himself if he really wanted to stop Marius and Diablo, because in the Sin War Novels, the nephelam could barely stand the sight of Tyreal and Inarius and were frozen in place. Also trusting Izual, although not much is mentioned about the action itself, it seems like Tyreal could have known or at least suspected something of him. And Finally the destruction of the World Stone, what were Tyreal's thoughts behind this action, Baal's supposed corruption of it? He could have altered it back if that was it, since Inarius and Lilith altered them plenty of times.

Read these sections carefully, my dear. Read all things about him carefully, for if my suspicions are correct, he still has some role to play in this grand drama.
this could be referring to the part when leah said i just don't understand right before the cinematic.
3) It can of course be Big D himself, he is a badass and the most powerful of all the demons. No need for me to list my theories here, when plenty of you have already done so for me
So in the first video, not done by lore guys, they say they're Lesser Evils straight out, and in the second, at a straight up question whether we will see the Lesser Evils again, we just get a wink?
The information here is ambiguous at best and downright wrong at worst.

First of all, let me say that I'm not a huge Diablo lore buff, so feel free to correct anything about this post.
I've seen a lot of people in various threads wondering about what the Black Soulstone is and what is its purpose. I found this tidbit in the video for the Blizzcon 2011 Diablo3 - Making of The Black Soulstone Cinematic Panel at around the 51 minute mark. The speaker states: "We had to take down the interior of the black soulstone..."
Possibility:
The art team merely thinks of this as 2 distinct areas for the purposes of making the cinematic because they have to actually break down a wall in order to show the second 'outdoor' area and all the demons.
Possibility:
The Black Soulstone is known to Blizzard employees to be the 'home' or doorway to where Azmodan and his council have their seat of power in the Burning Hells, or something similar.

Interesting. I'm leaing towards your first explanation here, because the second doesn't make any sense. If the Black Soulstone is his seat of power (which makes no sense either based on what a soulstone actually does: why call it a soulstone then?), why is he looking for it? And what would it be a key for that he doesn't already know?
More likely Leah is "inside" the black soulstone when she has her vision.

I was cutting and editing the black stone and cinematic together (soon up on youtube) and I notice, just before you see Diablo scream, there is a zoom towards a face, I belive that is LEAH looking down at a hole.
And why is she there in the first place? Well, I think its there she turns.. Into Diablo.
For sure.

"Leah in the cinematic is terrified of these Lesser Evils and Azmodan".
And just take a look at Blizz guys reaction on Andariel/Duriel return... (video at 1:03)

And even though we seem to be past it, I just want to clarify that soulstones are fragments of the worldstone.
.. Man, Phrozen, I have no use with you here doing all the work for me.
