Predivination is... apparently a word that I made up? I could have sworn it was a real word :3 I meant to say predestined or preordained.
The rest of the book wants me to say that it is his own thoughts, not an omniscient narrator.
It still doesn't explain the titles given to angels and demons. I still adamantly believe that the Sin War is a war of mortals rather than demons and angels. It is a human struggle apparent in all classical literature. And Angels and Demons have often been crafted to represent extreme ideologies that are unchanging (it is only through corruption that a soul can become guilty).

Alright. Then the question obviously becomes whether or not Inarius is the angel of creation.

Which allows for Inarius' thoughts to be a bit skewed. Still, on the one hand it seems likely that neither demon nor angel feel emotion the same way humans do. On the other, there are definitely a lot of emotions displayed throughout the books, and humans are after all bred from the former two. Heck, even Trag'Oul displays friendship with Rathma, and he is certainly much more different in nature than all other beings we know of.

All evidence to the contrary, simply for the reason that Heaven and Hell predate Sanctuary, and operate without Sanctuary.
Now, this of course assumes that you are not correct in your idea that the world order is preordained, in which case the conflict may indeed focus on humanity. And of course, to some degree it is, since Blizzard created the world with the intention of humaniry being the focus. But that's a difficult line to draw, whether Blizzard are to be viewed as creators or not from a game standpoint.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
I don't think the angels are at a disadvatage though theoretically speaking. They seemed to have no trouble whatsoever to command an entire army into Sanctuary at a moments notice during the Sin War, and Tyrael was skulking about just as much as Diablo at the time. When Tyrael couldn't stay in Sanctuary, he'd fought with both Baal and Diablo. He was probably pretty tired, and so that's why he returned to Heaven. However, it does seem certain that lesser demons, such as Fallen, only exist in Sanctuary because their demon masters to as well, as if pointed out in Demonsbane.
I think this is how the game should go
ACT
1.) Tyreal...(A spell is cast upon him, the demon inside him must be killed or he will be vanished forever0
2.) Mastema ( Demoneness/ Sorreress)
3.) Belial (Messenger of hell)
4.) Abaddon (Prince of War)
5.)Leviathan (Chaos Dragon....Male and Female)...as 9 heads
6.) Azezel (Top Security in Hell)
7.)Mephisto
8.) Baal
9.)Diablo
10.) Mephisto, Diablo, and Baals soulstones should be
combined using the Horidic Cube, thus forming all three
of there bodies into one making 1 gigantic, close to
impossible foe. Note (It would most likely take 4 to 5
people online to beat in a few hours)
All of there attacks combined would make for a great end Boss!
