No terror or destruction without hate. I would say that is not true. For example, a general bombing an enemy. He may hate his enemy, but the one doing the actual bombing is most likely only doing his job, no more than that, but he is the one bringing ther destruction.
But it makes sense in terms of the Three's age. Mephisto is the eldest, and if terror and destruction comes from hate, then it makes sense that they were born after hatred.
