The stream will be offline for an indefinite amount of time, sadly :(. Will update this post once it's back on.
Brobben is a top 10 DPSWitch Doctor (US Hardcore) streamer.
His partner (and stream's co-owner), Eiken, made a thread a while ago about their stream (which got me into hardcore :)). Since then he moved out of the Manapot network and started streaming only on Twitch, hence this update thread.
If you want to experience D3 with a completely different mindset and AH (very different prices, and no RMAH), where defensive stats and defensive active skills can matter a lot more, Hardcore is a very interesting mode. The adrenaline when you're about to die simply doesn't exist in Softcore -_-.
But what about lag? What about Disconnects? What if I die and lose 50+ hours?
Well, that's precisely what the stream (and mainly its Raidcall) is about. Finding other people who are doing the same thing, playing in a party. It's a lot easier to survive a DC (or lag spike) if you're on a group ;), and generally a lot faster and safer.
Dying is a part of hardcore seriously. We have a lot of people there who lost insane characters (Brobben himself lost his Paragon 100 WD). It's almost a life lesson on not being attached.
And being part of a community like that makes losing a char much more bearable: because we will hook you up if you're down!!!

He streams on a daily basis, from monday to friday Diablo 3, and on weekends usually other games (chill day). He used to stream for over 12 hours a day (most of the time up to 16 hours), and recently decided to do 8 hours/day (for better consistency).
He had his 21st birthday in the past few days so he has been offline. But he normally starts up between 8am and 9 am PST I believe or atleast that is when I have it seen it begin.
