Keep getting disconnected? Major lag issues? Here are some things to do that might help..
Are you getting DC in other online games? When you do get DC are you getting DC everywhere? Can you still open browser and surf? Make sure to go see if you are. It most likely could be Bnet servers.

First thing I would do if your having connection issues (DC every 5 or so minutes) Call your ISP (internet service provider) Tech support And simply ask them to check your line because you keep getting Disconnected. they will be more than happy to help you. Ask things like. "are they doing work in your neighborhood?" "is anyone else in the neighborhood having problems with connection issues?" They will check. Keep in mind mother nature to. If there is a bad storm somewhere that will cause issues to. You can even go as far as doing a trace route and a path ping if there is an issue with the trace route path ping test they can look into it. (you might have to ask for advance tech support as a regular tech might not understand what he is reading) If there is an issue with your line you might have to ask them to reroute your connection (this involves a dif router and a tech coming to set it up) and more $$$. It could be something simple as static in your line and you need static filters. (isp will provide them free)
For Trace route for NA servers...
go to start menu. Type in CMD hit enter then type this in. without the " ". "Tracert 12.129.209.68" for path ping type "Pathping 12.129.209.68"
To make a txt file of the tests. "tracert 12.129.209.68 > c:\tracert.txt" "Pathping 12.129.209.68 > c:\pathping.txt" they will go to C:
For EU servers "pathping 213.155.155.233 > c:\pathping.txt" "tracert 213.155.155.233 > c:\tracert.txt"
Also I would do a speed test. http://www.speedtest.net/ upload speed is important when gaming try and get yourself good internet speed.
Maybe do a little upgrade and get more ram.
Sometime it is best to let it work itself out. strange but...I say that because i did all this and more. And in the end I got the best Router My ISP has and the fastest connection they could give me. (but once i did that i was still getting DC every 5 minutes the same day i got it installed) I was supper pissed, so i stepped back for a minute played some offline games, watched movies for a day or 2 and BAM!! all was fine. I jumped in D3 and have never got DC again. So thats why i say i am not sure what the problem was or how it got fixed but it did. lol.
