So, I've just installed Diablo 3 from online - will pick up my copy in stores tomorrow afternoon after school, kinda pointless to play at 3AM anyway - there are more important things than playing games I have to do.
Anyway, I've checked the settings. The Physics setting kinda annoyed me. My computer is better than the recommended specs, but I like to lower some things anyway. But this is not the point and I'm not replying to people criticizing that if they do - I can do what I want, I'm an adult.
This is my processor
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
e7500 @ 2.93GHz
Diablo 3 recommended is 2.4GHz.
Either way, my question is what is the point of Physics? What do they do? Ok, particles are necessary, I know this. But physics? Stuff flying around, stuff being destroyed... falling chandeliers... I played the Beta at a friend's, I've seent the environmnet collapse. But what happens if I put the physics to low? Do I lose on some things? Do keeping them at max is necessary for some animations, events, or environnment things? Will keeping them at max reduce my FPS? In theory I should stay at 60.
Thank you for your help, kind gentlemens.
