Does anyone have the blue post answering this question?

If I recall, Blizz was considering having to unlock Adventure mode, due to the bounty exploits of season 1.

Can anyone confirm?

Won't happen in Season 2 as they stated at Blizzcon.

They DID say they are STRONGLY considering this after season 2.
