I'm strongly considering buying D3 normal version for PS3. Knowing that Blizz isn't updating the PS3 version, Will it still run ok and be a great game, and is the online population still strong with this game? Any help is appreciated Thanks

My son is on the PS3 RoS Version and there seems to be plenty of activity there. Only thing that annoys me when I play coop with him is there are no Greater Rifts, Goblin portals or Legendary gems. Im not sure if they intend to patch the PS3/Xbox versions up to the latest content but its still an excellent way to kill a few hours

If there is none of those , what essentially do you do then? Sorry, total noob here

Story mode / Bounties / Regular rifts.

Is that still fun? And how do you claim your free legendary item if you have an account on the official site? I can't seem to get it..

I will say that the new stuff greatly adds to the fun factor.

New stuff as in for PS3 or are you talking PS4

Sigh...PC, ROS, greater rifts n such. Platform diversity is confusing...
