If your account was banned by Blizzard unreasonably and Blizzard failed to resolve the issue with you, below are some additional resources to move the issue a bit further. Hopefully with enough complaints, officials launch a formal investigation...
Following are additional resources recommended by the CA AG
“We also suggest you contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). The FBI's IC3 Unit is organized to handle internet business fraud. You may contact them at http://www.ic3.gov.”
Read up on what scumbag criminals most "Better Business Bureau's" are. Give you a hint, they aren't a government agency, they have no power. Many branches are being investigated for illegal activities in multiple states. Go ahead, look it up.
None of those other people are going to care that you can't play your video game. Especially since you agreed they can ban you for any reason or no reason at all.
If your account was banned unfairly. You get your account back from interracting with blizzard. If you do not get your account back. Then you were banned for a reason. And nothing else you do will and should get your account back.

Don't buy gold
Don't be an asshole
Problem avoided. This works for almost every mmo out there. Blizzard doesn't just randomly ban people for no good reason.
