Ofc its great and it would make game much MUCH more enjoyable, gj with graphics too, but its not going to happen There was thousands of as good ideas and suggestions on multiple forums, there were ready to add graphic elements and solutions, entire end game reworks and blizz did SHIT about it. They dont care. Im sorry to say that but your effort is pointless.
Skill swapping would need to be limited to out-of-combat scenarios in keeping with the game's ideals, otherwise it would be pointless and a larger skill bar (large enough to fit everything) would be more appropriate (I don't personally want either of these options).
In my opinion, the inventory stash and skill swapping could be better implemented as a swapped gear set, with a minor cooldown (long enough to deter exploitation, and short enough to be useful). This swap set would have a single skill set associated with it, which may be the same as or different to the 1st set. In order to provide worthwhile benefits, this set would need to provide every gear slot (allows for optimal CDR/toughness/crit/ele dmg, etc. balance on each separate set). This setup would require restrictions to be created, ensuring that a buff provided by 1 set is not carried over to the 2nd set. An example would be use of legendary items, such as a leg gem with buff for x seconds. The current effect should be lost immediately as the set is switched, the same should occur for skills, possibly also for CC effects (depending on CD length).
This implementation would allow for 1 character to use 2 separate builds, which may perform well and suit a players preferred playstyle. This would be made possible without providing additional bonuses to any given item or skill (would not create additional imbalances or OP builds). What it would allow is a speed build to be used for trash mobs, followed by a sustained dmg build being used for elites/RGs/ubers. We can already achieve this (with precise timing and some practice - some kiting required), and so it does not affect the difficulty of the game. The benefits are largely quality of life, and the ease of use would also make gear farming/build diversity a more attractive option for all players.
As for the other suggestions made by OP, I personally don't see much use for them. I have every class, and my gears fit just fine, with space to spare, and more coming in 2.1. I realise however, that I am not as much of a hoarder as some players, and would second the option for shared stash in combination with individual stash pages (suggested on a different thread). I imagine this option would allow for simpler inventory management and should work well to handle the additional loots which seasons will offer.
I really like the leg counter. I also like the skill swapper, assuming you can link gear to it as well or implement a similar solution. I do agree that you should not be able to use it while in combat.
