Oh nice find! There's another one called "Clawgane" in act 5. He looks like Bloodmaw the RG. Anyway Clawgane = Clegane which is the house Gregor (The mountain) and Sandor (The hound) are from.
Feel like Kingslayer is pushing it as a reference... I don't think GoT is the only story in which someone, or some sword has been called Kingslayer. And it would seem a fitting generic name for a sword... "this sword is so powerful it has slain kings", etc.
But the treasure realm one is very cool. Surprised they didn't change the spelling of Lannister, would have thought both would be off-limits.
If I'm not mistaken, the Kingslayer sword-type is from Act V, in which the King of Westmarch is ... y'know, slain. Spoilers, I guess, if you haven't gone into enough random houses? But still.
