So far, I'm terribly disappointed in most of the new Legs people are talking about. They've elevated many of these legs from "glorified rares" to "useless legendaries".
I still get this same feeling I've had for 2 years, that they're holding back for unknown reasons. Truly was hoping for more obscenely powerful, dynamic affixes.
DH Vault now has approx 1 sec delay... if that stays on I will be furious. In higher Torments it's a life saver... now it's an instant kill because I'd have to see future in order to use that skill with proper timing. Now I feel like my chars legs are stuck to the floor
Monk Dashing Strike now has a 1 sec delay as well =/ I wonder if Wizard's teleport also got touched.
Did the aura (before frozen pops and freezes you, the actual ground aura from it) from frozen cause massive dmg prior to ptr? I was running away from a frozen blast and died, it sucked away my 550k hp 9m toughness in about 2sec lol

Is it possible that you're feeling that because of lag/latency or something related to that? I'm just thinking of the possibility, and saying that because my own experience yesterday was considerably laggier than usual (even though it showed "green" latency).
@meth68 were you in a Greater Rift, and in a higher difficulty level (like 30+)? Because I've seen 15m+ Toughness heroes just melt to Frozen's continuous Damage-Per-Second effect. It did damage before, but maybe they increased it?

One of the new monk gloves really caught my eye. It makes Sweeping Winds last for 1 minute.
OK....that's terrible, and they have to know this. Ya know what would be neat? Automatically casts SW/Master of Wind and allow you to run another SW rune simultaneously. Yep....two SW's.
Now that's Legendary. But...that's also imaginary and so far, I'm not seeing much of what I would term as inspired gear quite yet.
It seems that stormshield now rolls with double value on melee damage reduction.
A friend of mine told me that this is because they buffed damage reduction stats but I didn't read of it anywhere (I read just about LoH and regen buffs) so I will report this stormshield change anyway.
I will try to upload an image of the shield on a later time.
Note that string of ears has the same rolls as the live version so I don't if this is an intended change just for the shield.
P.S. I don't know if the 2.1 version of the string of ears will have double value on damage reduction, but my stormshield is from 2.0 as I didn't drop it in the PTR but I already had it so if this is an intended change it will be retroactive.

The changes not added are probably because it's too hard to confirm their legitimacy (like the change to Vault, which has people on both sides) or already on patch-notes. I'm trying to keep this exclusively to "non documented" changes, and with stuff that's somewhat easily verifiable.
you are mistaken does arent health globes or nephalem they are greater rift globes what they do is you pick them up and they add to your rift bar monster kill experience and this globes drop from elites packs goblins and random monsters(not sure about the random monsters)

You still can't see the ground when the fires are spammed all over, but no screen shake is a significant QoL improvement.

Possibly something with retrofitting the old SS at the same time as introducing new rolls?
