Blue posted some items that can't be gambled. I think Lut Sock is one of those, can someone confirmed?

I gambled a pair about a week after release.

I guess its really a bug that Lut Sock can be gambled, tried another 1K shards last night, what i got is only crudest boot and boi angler, have to stop gambling for it. So just to confirm, i need to keep on rifting to find this Lut Sock boot?

No. They are gamble-able. People are often reporting Tal's set is the same as well, so the likely explanation is Blizzard has no idea what's going on, or what's being gambled, or what's SUPPOSED to be torment-only.
