Question about rushing the four final bosses

Hi,

a quick question. I would love 4 legendaries to start my crusader with a blast, next Tuesday. Therefore, I asked a friend to boost a newly created Barbarian through the bosses, but no legendary dropped from them, even if it was my first kill.

What am I missing? Can't I be rushed this way?

Did you friend create the game? So the monsters were level 60? You'll only get the guaranteed legendaries pre-60.
