Blizz wants to cater to the people who play the game casually and would like to be able to find cool and interesting items on their own without having to spend all day in trade chat or hitting up the auction house. For that to work, they have to make these things drop pretty frequently.
If these things are going to drop so frequently, it's probably best that they can't be traded. Otherwise, the game just gets flooded with legendaries and they feel too common.
I kind of like the appeal of BoA legendaries. With this system, I have to use some creativity to come up with builds, since any great build I look up probably involves items I don't have. I have to combine my skills and gear in more interesting ways, since the gear available to me is not the same gear that is available to everybody else.
I enjoy playing mostly single player ARPGs like Torchlight or Median XL mod for the D2. These mods can give out really cool items to players because it is intended as a single player game. But, I always find myself missing the larger community that comes with playing Diablo. I think that the BoA system gives the best of both worlds - the game has the fun and awesome drops you expect out of a single player ARPG, but with a much better online service.
That being said, if Blizz is going to make the game play more like a single player game, they really need to drop the always-online crap. The excuse "We designed the game around auction and trade" is clearly no longer valid.

This is slightly off-topic, but as was discussed before: if they remove online-only the game becomes a cheat festival (like D3 console), killing off all multiplayer (because all of the sudden people with 3m DPS join your game). It would also make loot 2.0 and BoA useless as items dropped offline would just be made "non-BoA". Offline-only ensures no cheats, hacks, dupes.
What's the problem with actually working for your gear? I'm sorry you can no longer have your friends boost you or use your mom's credit card to gear up, but I really couldn't care less.
Now when you get good gear you can actually be proud and show it off to your friends and random strangers. Basically this is the same way gearing up works in every single MMORPG on the planet and imo can be very nicely applied to regular RPGs. It makes your accomplishments and time spent in the game a lot more valuable than before.
Be proud to show it to your friends ? yeah I dont think so. Is this really an acheavment? with so tight rolls and smart loot 2.0 that acually makes game plays for you? yeah it takes 0 effort to get geared and have stuff all you want. Sorry its not an acheavment for me.
Also please just mind your own bisness if someone is willing to pay for the gear just let them pay. Its his own choice what he does with his money. Its not PAY2WIN as people just shitting out of it, because what did he win? a better speed of killing mobs?... just think for a second.
What would I want is decrease the Legendary drop, its droping way to much right now and the loot 2.0 is just OP. no wonder trading is basicly useless because of it and children crying for legendary are happy.
-Decrase ammount of Legendary's drops by a lot
-Enable Trading in between people
-losen the roll ranges, eg- 80-500 dex instead of silly 300-500
slightly nerf smart loot
-increase the Magic Find importance in the game because its just useless right now, maybe go back when diablo was first realesed? Magic Find splits between members that will both encurage to play in groups and have Magic Find gear in a group.
Also I'm not buying the expansion because of game is too easy and finding gear is a joke.

I love all the people complaining about how frequent legendaries drop. You are going to need them for level 70 Torment....
Level 60 Torment is cake compared to what you are in store for, so enjoy facerolling things with your current "OP" legendaries....that won't last long once you hit Act 5 Torment later this month.
You won't call the game "easy" anymore, the higher level Act 5 Torment is basically punishingly difficult.
So enjoy your easy act 1-4 farming while you can....
Throw all your gear away and dress only in Loot 2.0. Come back here when you rolfstomp T6. I dare you to make it before RoS goes live.
Yeah, I don't know ANYONE who is much above T2 at this point on Loot 2.0 stuff. Almost everyone past that (whom I'm aware of) is using legacy items.... which is kinda frustrating, but oh well it's only a month.

I've replaced most of my lower-end legacy items with better loot 2.0 rolls. Pretty much everything except my weapons are new (even though I got a new version..it lacked a socket. I REALLY wish Blizz would devalue Emeralds in Weapons somehow. Personally I think Crit Strike Dmg should be linked to your primary stat, but I digress). I can do T3...and it isn't a cake walk, but it's also not so hard that I am dying every 2 seconds either. Jumping to T4 would probably be too much, though I haven't tried yet.

Depends on how mean they can handle T2 and Above. If you mean 1 hit kills than that is likely only going to be a few if any. I can possibly take on T3 on my Lightning Shock Pulse/Hydra Close combat Wizard since last night a few nice finds were found that might make it work but I would not be 1 hitting monsters. Then again I feel no one should be one hitting monsters in any Torment difficulty even with the best gear.
The main issue is that + Critical Damage Percent is way too strong. In my opinion that should be taken out of the game. The + Critical Chance Percent should stay in but the Damage should stay at +50% and maybe a few skills or items can boost it but then you might have a big negative such as less max health or you take more damage if hit.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.

Yes, yes, and yes. Crit Strike Damage is WAY too powerful of a stat. So much so that a socket can completely make or break an otherwise great weapon, simply because you cannot put an emerald into it. They should remove + Crit Damage from gear and roll it into your main stat (making main stat even MORE desireable) and also lower it's potency. Maybe 5% more crit damage every 100 or so of said stat, with the baseline being +50%.

i think you should look at it from more then 1 prespective then your own.
