Let's say, your current progress on the level is 2 millions / 10 millions xp. Then, you get the bonus from the pool of reflection, which is 10% of experience needed to fill this level completely: 10 millions * 10% = 1 million But since the xp bonus from the pool is 25%, you will earn this 1 million xp when you accumulate a grand total of 5 millions from your current point (for each million of normal xp you will also get 250 thousands from the bonus pool (which is 1 million)). Hence, the bonus will last till you get to 7 millions / 10 millions xp.
However, visually, the orange thingy (rhombus?) in your paragon level bar, is way more than 10%.
I suspect I'm missing something, but, can't find what is.
So to use up 250k bonus xp, you need to earn 1m xp before increases.
