It doesn't really matter who you'll see in-game in March, because diablo 3 is going to become a singleplayer game.
That's not fair, we will see each other in town before we go our seperate ways. I'll miss you while you are gone, but eventually we will all make it home again.
No offence but if you need a point to play, if fun isn't enough you may want to look into different hobbies.
If you think millions of players log into WoW every day just because "its fun", then you're sorely mistaken. They are addicted or have reasons to want to play. D3 doesn't.
While the OP obviously didn't explain his position. I actually do agree with him.
There is absolutely no end game content. Other than chasing that upgrade or peice of loot, which while yes, I realize that is the basis of the diablo series, it leaves little in the way to keep people interested.
Now, don't get me wrong. I plan on playing RoS, because I play Hardcore, and that thrill is enough to keep me interested for a couple months at least I would imagine.
However, having played the beta quite extensively now, the OP is absolutely correct. Farming rift keys is boring as hell, rifts are somewhat entertaining, as the bosses are kind of unique, but the rewards are a bit underwhelming.
So you have bounties which are boring to get rift keys, Then rifts which are moderately entertaining, but not very rewarding.
Where is the content? They really needed to add something else to entice players to do more than be bored to death running the same loop of get key, kill rift guardian for a chance at a legendary.
I understand that there are a lot of people who think that RoS doesn't have an end game. As someone who doesn't have beta access, I can't confirm nor deny I feel that way about the expac, for the love of all that is holy, can we just create a sub-section in the forum for these threads and hide them from the "top feeds" section. I'm getting sick of people posting threads with no rational reason for the titles. I see some of these "RoS sucks" or "RoS has no end game threads" that make valid points, but a lot of them are just people whining that their most wanted idea wasn't implemented exactly like they wanted it to be.
We all have the right to criticize, but at least give a rational argument to your viewpoint and provide reasonable suggestions for improvement. Now, I'll stop my own whining and get back to work.
Why would have have to explain something that is explained for me in this discussion. Clearly leaving "..." as my words, sparked a bunch of discussion. I think I find that successful. If Blizzard sees enough of a certain topic to change ways, maybe it will happen. D1 and D2 were phenomenal. D3 could be too, if they really stopped with the whole, "it is mainly for slaying monsters non-sense" Did anyone on that team do PVP when they played D2? Give me a break.

Those were some excellent points you made.
Cool, 1 less whiner to see in-game in March.
