As I was looking over the developer chat, I saw this in one of the questions:
I believe I speak for the majority of the community
This is one of the most annoying issues on this or any other game forum.
No one person should think they can speak for anyone outside their own circle of friends. Definitely no one person can speak for a majority of the 1 million daily users, or the 3 million monthly users.
We see this all the time, though, in these forums and the official forums, where people project their own outlook, and think that it has to be the majority view because they said so.
Also, "They didn't do what I wanted" is not the same as "They're not listening to my feedback!"
People that post to a messageboard are trying to make a point that will be heard. Often a dramatic tone is used to amplify it's impact.
I think that the people who have designed and programmed a quality piece of complicated software like Diablo 3, are smart enough to filter out these dramatic tones and efficiently translate them into input for a review on game design and mechanics.

This is the result of the entitlement society that the world feeds each day. They're taught that their opinion means more than it really does. The only way to combat this is to have enough sense to see beyond the idiocy and to take every opinion with a grain of salt. No matter how much they want to believe that their opinion stands for "everybody", you just have to sit back and chuckle and move on. Those idiots will not last long in life and if they do, they will always be the idiots that suck off the government teats.
Well, I believe I speak for most of us when I say that I'm so friggin sexy.
On topic: Well, people want to be heard. And with so many people swarming the forums, some people feel like their voices are drowned out in the crowd. Syronicus is right, there's no other way, especially for the blues, to deal with such people except to take all extreme opinions (everyone, majority, all of us, nobody, no one, etc.) with a grain of salt. Not necessarily with skepticism, but not literally, at least.
