How about a 1-time token for a specific challenge / event. Using the token will set you back to PLvl x < 100. while this would have to undergo some serious testing to feel rewarding enough to repeatedly do it, it provides a chance to have an actual incentive to play and level with an ever progressing char. right now, once you hit that 100 mark you're pretty much set with nothing to do but farm, as long as you mostly enjoy playing your main character rather. 100.="" while="" this="" would="" have="" to="" undergo="" some="" serious="" testing="" to="" feel="" rewarding="" enough="" to="" repeatedly="" do="" it,="" it="" provides="" a="" chance="" to="" have="" an="" actual="" incentive="" to="" play="" and="" level="" with="" an="" ever="" progressing="" char.="" right="" now,="" once="" you="" hit="" that="" 100="" mark="" you're="" pretty="" much="" set="" with="" nothing="" to="" do="" but="" farm,="" as="" long="" as="" you="" mostly="" enjoy="" playing="" your="" main="" character=""> 100. while this would have to undergo some serious testing to feel rewarding enough to repeatedly do it, it provides a chance to have an actual incentive to play and level with an ever progressing char. right now, once you hit that 100 mark you're pretty much set with nothing to do but farm, as long as you mostly enjoy playing your main character rather.>
Blizzard is already talking about reducing the gap between people at 0 vs. 100 paragon levels, at least as far as MF is concerned. Besides, you can already use Leap or Rend as a WW barb -- I'm using Rend. Heck, I could use both if I wanted to drop Bash.
I could see some cosmetic stuff though like a bigger / more elaborate banner, or exclusive dyes / gear skins, etc.

A new tier set I can transmogrify. New, unique one.
What is transmogrify? I never played WoW...I think that is where that term came from right?
Transmogrification is a synonym for shapeshifting and is mostly used in games, but the term is not rooted in WoW. I'd guess it's mostly a D&D / similar games term. First time I read it was plenty of years ago when I played Castle of the Winds, good old times
IIRC Blizzard hinted recently they were kicking around the idea of adding a more involved Paragon reward system in general, not just for 100. I would like to see something like a nice to have quality-of-life bonus you can choose every 10 levels. For instance, you could choose bonuses like +movement speed, +pickup radius, etc.
It would be nice to have more carrots on sticks along the way. The grind to 100 starts getting pretty slow in the 60s, so having something enticing near the end would be nice.
Maybe at 70 you gain 5% movement speed. At 80 you gain 10 pickup radius. At 90 you gain 50 RA. At 100 you gain 1% IAS, 1% CC, 10% CD or something... Small boosts, but enough to make the journey feel worthwhile but not so much as to feel like you are gimped without it.
I think the bonus of Paragon 100 is already big. I don't think adding more stats is good, some players are enough hysteric reaching the cap the fastest way possible for added MF/GF and main stats. Add CC, Crit Dam, Ias or whatever you want, and players will feel even more gimped if they don't reach the cap asap.
If you really want to add some bonuses to max lvl, cosmetic gear or effects are the way to go. I'm tired of Natalya, and every DH around me being the same
^ agree with Seifa. Any change you make to make p100 better will be the new "norm" and players that aren't there will feel like they are missing out. It's best to have a quality of life change rather than a stats change. Maybe an icon next to your name in chat? I really like the idea of incremental increases like 1%MS or 5 p/u radius, or whatever. As long as it isn't dps related it should be fine.
Sorry I'm against a reward like that for Plvl 100, it changes the dynamic of the game too much. Considering the overwhelming majority of players won't hit Plvl 100 for at least a year or two, it does nothing but damage the game by making players who haven't spent the hundreds upon hundreds of hours to get to max paragon feel like they aren't experiencing the whole game.
