Took a few days but I finally figured out a method that works. After that it was just a matter of getting a perfect run (because he pretty much one shots me in Phase 3 with every attack he does). After approx 120,000 gold in repairs and countless attempts, finally beat the bastard.
I know it's a bit late since people have already managed to beat Diablo on Inferno, but I'm quite proud of myself so I figured I'd post it here.

Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness,
Bringing torment and pain to others.
Your damned soul wallowing in your sin.
Perhaps... it is time to die.
As for P3 being the easiest, I have to disagree. It's just the most controlled, but dodging and predicting some of those attacks are not entirely easy. P1 and P2 are a joke for me though. Since Belial himself isn't immune to hex, and jinx rune makes hexed targets take 20% more damage, along with popping Fetish Army and Big Bad Voodoo, he goes down like a 20 dollar whore. Super easy. P3 gave me the most trouble just learning his patterns and then dying to attacks that I was sure I shouldn't have been hit by but was.

What I really need to do is get better defensive gear without sacrificing too much damage. I just tried the beginning of Act III and everything just obliterates me. Of course, Act II wasn't much different.

And Red_Panda, dodging slow attacks isn't exploiting, do you kill Fire Chained mobs by standing in the middle of them since you seem to think that dodging them is exploitative?
I think you completely mis-understood my post. I was refering to exploitative kills such as those using pre-nerf SS/Prep, Force Armor, etc.
Not once did I ever suggest that avoiding slow attacks, animations, or enemies was exploitative behavior.
I greatly question your ability to comprehend any form of English.
Also: My DH is on the last quest of AIII and everything one-shots her. My strategy was to pop Smokescreen (It would be like you using Spirit Walk) and burning down the lashers during my first use. If I didn't, I died. I died a lot, but eventually they all died. The problem with the tower is that it is linear.

He's a WD so walking about exploits isn't very exciting. Just feel bad for him if he'd bored using a build like Zombie Bears. The real tragedy here is if he had to settle killing belial with a build he's bored to death with, just to get him on farm mode.

Some people tell me I'm going to hell. I just let them know that I've already packed my bags!

Zombie bears is a joke, you obviously know nothing about witch doctors and probably make all your accusations based on the 9 second butcher inferno kill.
